AMK was formed to fill the gap in the market for sharp, results forged professionals equipped to meet the challenges that come with efficient and targeted scaling of businesses. While our journey started in HVAC, our experience spans manufacturing, building systems and service, architectural/engineering/construction and distribution segments. We have worked with approaching 60 companies to deliver positive business results.
Our Team.
AMK has assembled a team of consultants with deep experience in business management and growth, sales, product development and management, training and business development. The background of this powerful team spans the HVACR, utility, A/E/C and energy performance contracting, manufacturing and building products industries. Our leaders are working members of every client project, and we would put our team's impact against any larger management consulting company.
Jane Sidebottom, President
Jane Sidebottom is the founder and President of AMK. She is a strategic growth expert with deep experience scaling middle-market to large multinational companies. She brings a unique combination of strategic marketing, business leadership and board experience to AMK clients. Jane has a BA in International Affairs from the University of Maryland
David Morrow, Managing Partner
David Morrow is a highly experienced product management and sales professional with considerable experience developing and launching new products into the market. His unique product development, planning and sales expertise has resulted in sustained product growth for AMK clients. Dave holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.
